The LEED Gold, Mercy Care development is a 50,000 sf comprehensive medical clinic and wellness education center; the housing building created 77 units of affordable housing for low income seniors; site amenities include multiple common spaces including an arrival and drop-off court, outdoor waiting room and plaza, staff break room patio, residential gardens and courtyards.

The South Tower project is a 175,000 sq. ft. addition to the main hospital which creates significant expansion space for Cardiology, Radiology, Endoscopy, and the hospital’s Laboratory. The addition of 58 new patient rooms via a two-level vertical expansion of the existing patient tower increases the total number of licensed beds to 359. The hospital is connected to a Medical Office Building via an elevated and conditioned bridge.

The project was competitively bid to multiple general contractors with the lowest qualified bid coming in at approximately 3% below the construction budget.

Northside Hospital relocated its Canton hospital campus to a new 70-acre site. The 500,000 sq. ft. hospital provides a full array of emergency, surgical, and radiological services plus a Women’s Services pavilion. The 110,000 sq. ft. medical office building houses the NSH Cancer Institute, an Outpatient Surgery Center, and multiple physician practices.
