The proposed 45,000 sq. ft. facility would be located near Herty Hall, the existing main science building built in 1954, with the two facilities planned to provide an integrated program of student and faculty spaces to meet GCSU’s STEM goals. The project will pursue feasible sustainable design goals with respect to the Georgia Energy Efficiency & Sustainable Construction Act of 2008, and will seek Georgia Peach Certification.
An addition to and renovation of the Wooldridge Library to provide additional classroom and meeting space.

KSU Student Housing

Renovation of an existing 4.5-story student housing complex, Howell Hall, on KSU’s Marietta Campus. It contains 141 units (281 beds) in a traditional dormitory configuration. The work includes an interior refresh and significant renovation to address HVAC and air quality control issues, as well as various building envelope components, including replacement of the roof and existing windows. The project will need to meet the requirements for Georgia Peach Certification.

The 64,000-sq. ft., three-story facility has classrooms and student activities areas on the ground floor, skills labs and simulation suites on the second level, and the top level is for the Dean’s suite and the faculty offices.

The new 54,000 sq. ft., three-story Academic Building is the second expansion of GGC’s C1 Academic Building. It includes 16 state-of- the-art classrooms, three Dean Suites, their Academic Enhancement Center, and over 90 faculty offices.

The new 51,000 sq. ft. Turner Lynch Campus Center serves as the hub of Oglethorpe’s campus life. The building provides flexible, multi-purpose spaces including a 5,600 sq. ft. full service dining hall, meeting and conference rooms, coffee shop, bookstore, campus life offices, and indoor and outdoor lounge/study areas.

A 20,000 sq. ft. High School, 8,500 sq. ft Cafeteria, expanded parking and associates site improvements.
Rabun Gap – Dining Hall

The new dining hall is located on the main campus green, central to academic and residential areas. Designed to complement the historic character and materials of the traditional campus buildings, it provides daily food service, catering, banquet, and event space. Key features include the main dining space with 425 seats, an adjacent 50-seat meeting room, a central fireplace with informal seating, servery with multiple food option stations, and outdoor dining and gathering plazas.
St. Benedicts Episcopal School
The first phase of the project is to permit more space between students (36 SF/student) to allow for compliance with social distancing requirements so in-person instruction may continue.
